The camp of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte hammered the Aquino government for the ridiculous dispersal of dissenting ranchers in Kidapawan City, North Cotabato on Friday.

“Hungry people demanding food do not deserve to be shot,” said Leoncio Evasco Jr., campaign manager of Duterte.

Evasco said the bloody dispersal, which brought about the passing of no less than one rancher and harmed 13 others, would not have happened if the administration listened to the farmers.

“All these barbaric attacks and needless sacrifices would not have happened if the government and the people running it have responded to the clamor for change when 30 years ago the Filipino people put an end to a dictatorship,” he said.

He said “blood is written all over the hands” of the Cojuangco-Aquino clan.

“First there was the Mendiola massacre, then Hacienda Luisita, then the Mamasapano and now the Kidapawan carnage,” he said.

He said the "blood of incensed and craved individuals are absorbed the hands of the proprietor class embodied by the Aquino-Cojuangco coterie of the decision tip top."

"It all the more turns out to be more shocking and detestable that the same bloodline that profit by the ESDA 1986 rebellion have ruined their hands with the blood and tears of the Filipino individuals that permitted them into force," he said.

President Benigno Aquino III, he said, couldn't get away from the fault and obligation from the fierce dispersal.

"We approach the Aquino government to quickly request every one of those included in the shooting to be incapacitated, examined and managed the full may and degree of the law," Evasco said.

He said that right now is an ideal opportunity for the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) to denounce this brutal demonstration.

"An unarmed, vulnerable throng of individuals requesting nourishment represents no risk. Indeed they are in peril. Why, gracious why ought to government resort to this state viciousness?" he said.

He doubted how police powers managed the challenging workers.

"Why meet with state viciousness the commotion for change – a change of the way things and the issues of the state is controlled by the administration," he said.

"We can't accuse the general population to be irate with their administration. This administration has been impenetrable to the torment of the general population," he included.
