"Libingan ng mga Bayani? O Libingan ng mga Santo? Ang libing ba ay isang karapatan? O isang pribilehiyo?" he wrote.

He also said that this country is comprised of a majority of Catholics and yet it could not "forgive".

Sa pagpigil nito, may mapapala ba tayo?" he wrote.

He implied that the dead can no longer do harm to the living.

He said the hate in the hearts of the people should be buried.

He said forgiveness is the way to healing.

Balita also said that not one person will actually win the nationwide debate on the motion.

He said heroism is not determined by how a man is buried, but on those who look back on his accomplishments.
